Kamal Haasan starrer Vikram, a gritty action crime thriller from one of Tamil cinema’s most exciting modern-day Directors, Lokesh Kanagaraj, has released to both glowing reviews and box office success. There was already fever-pitch excitement for thespian Kamal Haasan starrer, which co-stars Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil, and it has more than lived up to all its pre-release buzz. Vikram is not only Kamal Haasan’s biggest opener both in Tamil Nadu and worldwide, but has also held exceedingly well to put in on the path to be a huge hit. To celebrate the film’s success the superstar gifted Lokesh Kanagaraj a Lexus car, worth about ₹2 crore. Kamal Haasan thanks audience for Vikram success

Taking to official Twitter handle, Kamal Haasan shared a very sweet and touching message for all viewers who’ve supported him throughout his acting journey, with his, “I breathe cinema,” line standing out. On behalf of Raj Kamal Films International, his production house, the actor thanked each and everyone associated with the movie and especially the audience who made it a huge success. He also took this opportunity to declare that Vikram 2 will mostly revolve around his confrontation with Rolex aka Suriya while also requesting viewers everywhere to not differentiate between languages on screen.
