According to the doctor, cheese is one of the most popular products of Russians. To control its amount in the diet, first of all, it is recommended for patients with disorders of the cardiovascular system: atherosclerosis, hypertension, high cholesterol, etc. All because of the excessive amount of fat and salt in the composition.
Also, the passion for this product should be given to people who suffer from disorders of the digestive and urinary systems, gout. Otherwise, the unpleasant symptoms may worsen.
