Raquel Leviss and Tom Sandoval Have Been Screwing For 7 Months In Ariana Madix’s Bed
New details are emerging about Raquel Leviss and Tom Sandoval’s affair.
Vanderpump Rules stars Raquel Leviss and Tom Sandoval had an affair that predated her hookup with his best friend, Tom Schwartz, according to Page Six.
According to an insider, Raquel Leviss and Tom Sandoval’s relationship started in the summer before Tom Schwartz and Raquel got together, and Raquel has even stayed over at Sandoval and Ariana Madix’s house when she was out of town.
James Kennedy confirmed the claim — he stated that the affair began 7 months ago — which would have been in July 2022.
James Kennedy, 31, who was previously engaged to Raquel Leviss, also claims that some of their liaisons took place at Tom Sandoval and Ariana‘s shared home in Los Angeles while his wife was asleep.
This indicates that Raquel Leviss, 28, and Tom Sandoval, 39, had been involved in their relationship for several months when the SUR server had a make-out session with Katie Maloney’s ex-husband, 40-year-old Schwartz, at Scheana Shay and Brock Davies’ wedding in August 2022.
In the subsequent month, Raquel Leviss kissed Oliver Saunders, who was married at the time, and also the eldest son of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Garcelle Beauvais.
Nevertheless, Raquel Leviss stated that Oliver Saunders, 32, had informed her that he was single without any ambiguity.
According to sources, Ariana Madix, 37, was devastated to discover that her boyfriend of 10 years and her close friend had been involved in “inappropriate communication” for several months.
The insider added that Ariana was caught off guard by the cheating — as she had “no indication of any issues” in her relationship. Despite this, Madix and Sandoval had been “publicly affectionate recently.”
According to sources, Ariana had recently been spending time with Raquel Leviss and had been a supportive friend to her after Leviss’ breakup from James Kennedy in December 2021.
The insider revealed that Ariana feels betrayed by Raquel now that she has learned about their “full-on affair,” which was disclosed to her at Sandoval’s band’s performance on Wednesday.
Although Ariana has deactivated her social media accounts, her castmates have been vocal in their criticism of the two since the news broke.

According to an insider from the production team, “tomorrow, the majority of the cast is scheduled to come together to film their reactions to Raquel and Sandoval’s affair.” The insider added that “almost everyone is stunned and feels completely devastated for Ariana.”
