Earlier, the actress was supposed to romance Aayush Sharma, but the actor opted out of the film, and reportedly Jassie Gill has replaced him in the movie. Directed by Farhad Samji, Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali also stars Pooja Hegde in the lead role.
